Own your own piece of heaven. Pavones Yoga Center has the feeling of being in a remote, pristine location that hovers above the jungle while being closely connected to the ocean. The expansive open-air, yoga platform has stunning views of Pavones, Golfo Dulce and Matapalo. In fact, all the rooms have incredible views of the ocean. Sitting high up on a hill with a private entrance, removed from the hustle and bustle of modern-day life, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time. 

Designed to host 20 people comfortably, there are two main villa buildings. One villa has two separate living quarters. One unit has two bedrooms and a kitchen while the other has one bedroom. The second, larger villa has 5 bedrooms with a  larger kitchen and combined eating area.

Locally Sourced Organic Fruits & Vegetables

The Pavones Yoga Center has a working relationship with local farmers that supply fresh, organic produce. There is an onsite chef that can be hired by the new owners to cook for their guests. 

Currently, there are three large water tanks for the facility that are supplied by city water. There is also a natural stream that has fresh drinking water that guests enjoy visiting. 

Although the Pavones Yoga Center is an established yoga teacher training center, don’t let that limit your vision for the space. The center can easily double as a surf/yoga retreat destination and event center. Pavones is known for its World-Class surf being home to the second-longest left in the world.

WHAT TO DO IN PAVONES

Known as a surfer’s haven, and is quickly becoming a mecca to yogis from around the world. Pavones is a small community located along the southern Pacific Coast. Surrounded by diverse wildlife in the lush rainforest with nearby Worl-Class surf breaks. Wildlife is flying, swinging, climbing, and crawling everywhere you look. The rich jungle meets the coast with an incredible lush tropical landscape. Wildlife abounds with a variety of monkeys including howlers and white-faced, toucans, macaws, sloths and so much more.

Pavones isn’t just another Costa Rica surfer town – this region is home to some of the best, longest waves in the world. This remote village can be a challenge to get to, but as the second-longest left behind Chicama, Peru, the travel is well worth it. When a south-southwest swell comes in, the surf here is fast, intense and the rides can last up to 2 minutes.
