This established neighborhood in Cuervito was created several years ago. The idea was to provide a close-knit community that could be gated where everyone looks out for one another, it works! Cuervito is surrounded by diverse wildlife in the lush rainforest nearby. Wildlife is rich, abundant and diverse.

You can expect to see Toucans, monkeys, Scarlett McCaws, sloths and so much more. This is a green area in which everything grows. Everyone has gardens along with fruit trees throughout their properties.
