A STEP ABOVE
Pavones' best-kept secret is this hillside community overlooking the Golfo Dulce. At 500 feet above sea level, these oceanview lomas are swept with a constant gentle breeze. Cuervito is distinguished as a safe and interconnected community, where organic and permaculture efforts thrive. Clean, sweet water abounds in Cuervito.
Beyond the rolling hills and ocean views, the greatest asset is good neighbors and the wealth of clean water. This is a place where you can spread out and build your dream. Even though the ocean is less than 10 minutes away, Cuervito is for people who want to be close to the beach, but away from the scene.
