Olas Bravas has two Cabinas, with room to add more. The larger, two-story cabina has a private bathroom and kitchenette. The second, single-story cabina has a studio-style, open floor plan. There’s a commercial kitchen already in place with pizza oven and an outdoor dining area.

The beaches of Zancudo are considered to be some of the most beautiful in Costa Rica. Both Rustic and Charming with great surf right in front. This property is Pura Vida.

Location

Las Olas Bravas Restaurant and Cabinas beachfront location is on the Southern end of the road. The area is also known as Arena Alta. The sale includes the cabinas and the restaurant. Commercial permits are in place. All documents are current and filed with the Municipality of Cost Rica.

Close proximity to the ocean offers guests the gentle sound of the ocean while enjoying the salt air breezes all day long. The area is lush and full of jungle life. It’s not uncommon to see monkeys and sloths roaming about.

Playa Zancudo

There are many nearby activities that attract tourists to Zancudo. Guests can book a horseback ride or jungle hike at Arena Alta Wildlife Village. They can also book a kayak tour along the Rio Sabala. Other activities include surfing, SUP tours, or day trips to neighboring communities. Both Golfito and Pavones are a short distance away from Las Olas Bravas and provide many additional outdoor and recreational activities.

Location

Zancudo is about 20 km south of Golfito in the Puntarenas Province of Costa Rica. What to Do in Zancudo

Zancudo is a neighboring community of Pavones; made famous for having the second longest left in Costa Rica. Surfers have been flocking to the area for decades. In addition to suffering, there are many other outdoor activities to do. Rio Claro is a beautiful hike & we highly recommend taking the time to explore along the river. At certain times of the year, you can witness the release of the baby turtles into the sea from Punta Banco.
