*Currently the project is licensed as a ‘touristic’ development although developer is in progress to change this to a ‘residential’ development. For added security, 30% funds (-€5000) will be held in seller escrow and only released to developer once this alteration has been formally approved by the municipality.

Our project, Nazaré Canyon, is just a short walk to Praia da Nazaré, the town’s main beach—a wide, golden stretch lined with colourful fishing boats and a lively promenade filled with seafood restaurants and cafés.

Nazaré, Portugal, is a global mecca of huge surf, where the Atlantic Ocean unleashes some of the most colossal and awe-inspiring waves on Earth. Home to the legendary Praia do Norte, this once-sleepy fishing village has transformed into a mecca for big-wave surfing, drawing elite surfers from around the world to challenge its towering, monstrous swells—some reaching over 100 feet.
