Isla Guapa (private island)

Panama

Description

Modern Day Treasure Island

The Bocas del Toro province on the Caribbean is a fascinating geographical formation right below the border of Costa Rica. Just off of the mainland sits 9 tropical islands, 52 cays & 200 islets that make up an archipelago that looks & feels like it belongs in your imagination. Couple that with it’s rich history from the 1600’s when Captain Morgan and his pirate fleets ransacked the area. All the while, the indian tribes still to this day, row by in their dugout canoes offering you fresh lobster and snapper… just like they always have. This area is special. Who knows, you might find some buried treasure hidden away on the island or out in the spectacular waves!

On his last New World voyage, Christopher Colombus landed here in 1502, and was so impressed with its beauty that he decided to name a few islands after himself. The archipelago later became a haven for pirates & ship building, and legend tells us that treasure was buried on a number of the islands here. There is treasure here; beautiful waves, big fish and great diving.

How many times in your life do you get the opportunity to own an island for less than a nice Southern California home. This island is 18 acres and is relatively pristine with a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath villa and a studio apartment under construction. The owner has built a surfing and fishing charter business catering to surfing celebrities and serious fisherman.

Here is an opportunity to form a partnership as a group and share expenses and profits. There is an approved plot map that lays out significant expansion opportunities. With an additional boat and housing for guests will increase the business!
