Southern Shores is located in an awe inspiring valley surrounded by Utah’s spellbinding red-rock desert and high-altitude forests. This community is anchored in water, creating a unique atmosphere of private beachfront property. The community as a whole consists of 56 lots, with just 22 premium lots adjacent to the endless wave park.

Southern Shores features not only the wave pool but a waterski/wakeboard lake and a wakeboard pull lake. This is a water lover’s dream. These lakes will be used for many types of recreation, including waterskiing, wakeboarding, surfing, paddleboarding, swimming, fishing, sunbathing, reading, dreaming, and more. For added entertainment there are pickleball and tennis courts.
