Water, like land, is a precious natural resource and similar to land must be owned or leased by the end user. Southern Shores is using private water that the community owns from the subsurface aquifer underneath the land. These water rights along with the well to access has been scrutinized and approved by the Utah State Water Engineer. It is said this community water usage is similar to a single hole on a golf course.
Immaculate Homes headed by Jason and Brittany Christensen have been building quality homes for over 20 years and are excited to buld “Beach Homes” in the desert. They have always wanted to own a water front home in Utah themselves, and without a lot of options they decided to build it themselves. After 10 years of scouting properties and going through the entitlement process, they are building the first-of-its-kind water based community.
They are offering high-end beach chic homes for their clients. They have an eye for style and quality and with this they plan to give the property owners the best of the best at a competitive price. This is where your dreams turn into reality.
