GREG GUSTAFSON

Raised in Newport Beach, California, he discovered a deep passion for surfing early in life—an activity that quickly became a defining part of his identity. His path took a transformative turn when he relocated to rural Costa Rica at a young age, where he became immersed in one of the region’s largest development projects. Drawn to the area's world-renowned left point break, he developed a profound connection to the land and played a key role in the real estate and development phases of the project.

Captivated by the vibrant Latin lifestyle, he went on to broaden his horizons by investing in and trading real estate throughout Mexico, Central America, and South America. Spending much of his life as an expatriate, he gained firsthand experience during the real estate booms in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Uruguay, Chile, and Mexico. These diverse ventures not only deepened his understanding of international markets but also enriched his appreciation for the cultural uniqueness of each country he called home.
