The Banyak Islands in Indonesia (sometimes spelled Banjak Islands) are a group of paradise islands located between Simeulue and Nias off the western coast of Sumatra in Indonesia‘s Aceh Province. How to Get There

Once you reach the port in Singkil, you have three main options to get to the Banyak Islands. There’s a public boat called the Kapal Kayu Besar (big wooden boat) that goes to Pulau Banyak daily. There is also a public ferry that goes twice weekly (Sundays and Wednesdays). These are the slow, cheap options and they take 4 hours.
