The main living quarters are on the top floor and beautifully appointed, including a large screened in deck overlooking the pool and a wide spacious oceanfront yard. This home feels so comfortable, there is just something about the quality of craftsmanship, the tile work accented by fine hardwoods and chosen colors in the rooms. The top-floor consists of master bedroom, living/kitchen combination, bathroom, it feels spacious, and out front a large screened-in balcony, very comfortable!
Great Ambiance
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, or they could also be used as rentals. Each room has 2 two full sized beds with bathroom. A wide breezeway down the center of this first floor separates the two rooms. The corridor opens to a nicely tiled patio adjacent to the pool and just steps away from Zancudo’s fine, long deserted beach.
A third unit is above the bodega and laundry room overlooking the pool. This studio has a double bed, fully equipped kitchenette and the screened-in balcony is a very sweet spot for early morning coffee. The pool is refreshing too and set amidst the tropical plants, the background is lined with coconut palms.
A large, covered patio between the two structures has a tiled sink area, ideal for cleaning fish plus a pool table. Wireless Internet is installed, satellite TV available. The home is being sold fully furnished which includes appliances, furniture, linens, kitchen, and dining utensils.
A big benefit to this home is the rental potential. Total sleeping capacity accommodates 12 persons, 5 double beds and 1 king size in the main casa.
The vista looks across Gulfo Dulce in the distant the sun sets over the Osa Peninsula and Corovado National Park. Zancudo Beach is a barefoot kind of community, small typical bars and restaurants including numerous ‘summer’ beach houses await those escaping nasty winters. It’s not what you would think of as a ‘tourist town’…its more of a rest and relaxation community with travelers and guests passing through, everyone gets to know one another, it’s a delightful community. Sport fishing in the area is world class.
‘Beach House’ or ‘Income Producing’, either way you choose to enjoy Casa Celeste, the property is a landmark in the community and a valuable asset.
The sandy beach of Playa Zancudo calls your name. It is lined by coconut palms and almond trees forming the idyllic setting for this special place.
