Downstairs

The downstairs features Italian tile and hardwood trim. You will find one bedroom, one bathroom, an owner’s locker, a large, open kitchen and a dining area that opens to the outside terrace. There are multiple entrances giving a nice, flowing style

Upstairs

Feast your eyes on the upstairs with beautiful hardwood floors and a screened master bedroom. It is surrounded by an open 3 sided deck with views of nature all around. This is a great place to relax in the hammock and read a book. You will feel true serenity as your senses come alive watching the movement of nature all around you.

The master bathroom also includes a soaking tub that allows you to take a bubble bath while watching the majestic palm tree and beautiful birds. Amazing views in total peace.

All the Comforts & Security

High-speed internet is available with WIFI reception on the entire property. Great security with a fully walled, gated entrance and camera security system. Water is no problem with an independent well that provides water year-round, as well as the availability of city water.

This Pavones surf and wellness center is well ventilated and fresh. All windows are screened. Window bars are installed on hinges allowing unobstructed views and complete security.

The private spa takes you to a cozy and serene zone. The herbal steam bath, dry sauna, cool Jacuzzi and the waterfall plunge pool with the meditation rancho are just delightful.

This property is part of the maritime zone. The concession is securely in process at the municipality in Golfito. The zoning allows you to create a business, such as low density cabins, restaurant, or a boutique spa. It is also zoned residential so you may just keep the home and the spa as your personal enjoyment.

The property is fully enclosed. Enjoy this property as a personal healing retreat or use it as an income producing health, wellness and surf resort. The property is “surfing distance from the point”. You can actually surf home on a good day!
